Benton Drive at about 4:30 a.m., Clark County sheriff’s Sgt. Craig Randall said.Police then received multiple 911 calls of incidents of road rage for vehicles that were later associated with the pair, Randall said. The dispute culminated when a resident in the 8200 block of Northeast 69th Street called 911 at about 5 a.m. to report two men were fighting in the street, Randall said.During the fight, Patterson was reportedly shot by the BB gun in the face and Patterson fled in his vehicle, Randall said. A short time later, a passerby found him slumped over the wheel of a vehicle near Northeast 87th Avenue and Northeast 63rd Street, he said. Patterson denied medical treatment for his wounds.Deputies searched for Brown and eventually found him hiding in the backyard of a residence in the 8600 block of Northeast 62nd Street, Randall said. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine. Both men are claiming to be victims, Randall said, so deputies are interviewing the pair and witnesses to determine what other charges may be appropriate.last_img
